Help
Write to push-up-streak@proton.me. One person reads it, so a sentence about which iPhone you have and what happened is usually enough to sort it out.
The things people run into are below. They cover almost everything.
Counting needs the TrueDepth camera — the one behind Face ID. iPhones that unlock with a fingerprint instead, such as the iPhone SE, do not have it, and among iPads only the iPad Pro does. No software can add it. Without it the app says so on the home screen rather than letting you start a set that could never work.
Three things stop the count, all of them on purpose:
On purpose. iOS shows Stop on every alarm and no app can hide it, so in uPush Stop quiets the alarm for 30 seconds. It keeps coming back for up to half an hour, until a set counts two reps. Opening the app quiets it as well. To turn the alarm off, use Settings → Alarm or the alarm on the home screen. The alarm needs iOS 26 or later.
Settings → Start over. It erases every rep and workout on record, resets the daily goal, turns reminders and the alarm off, and opens the app on its first-launch guide again. Your training plan and theme stay as they are. It cannot be undone, and it asks before doing it.
The more specific, the faster it is fixed. Useful things to include: which iPhone or iPad, which iOS version, what you were doing, and what happened instead of what you expected. A screenshot helps more than a description of one.
